Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role
The Quality Assurance Analyst designs, runs, and improves quality monitoring across all customer service and content moderation programs delivered from the Corpshore Samarkand site. This is a hybrid analytical and coaching role. You evaluate frontline work against client and internal standards, identify systemic gaps, partner with Training to close them, and serve as the site quality voice in client business reviews. For content moderation programs your work also ensures decisions are accurate, consistent, well calibrated, and aligned with our Trust and Safety wellness standards.
What you will do
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly quality monitoring across customer service and content moderation campaigns.
- Maintain target sampling rates with risk weighted prioritization and identify systemic errors.
- Calibrate quality scoring with client QA counterparts.
- Deliver individual feedback sessions and partner with Training on targeted refreshers.
- Support new hire ramp up with intensified coverage during the first 60 days.
- Produce QA reports and dashboards for Operations and Group leadership.
- Audit moderation decisions for accuracy and consistency and watch for fatigue indicators.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of quality assurance experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation operations.
- Direct experience evaluating frontline work against client quality scorecards and running calibration sessions.
- International client experience preferred. Trust and Safety QA experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor degree required, business, linguistics, communications, or psychology preferred.
- QA certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, COPC, or ICMI are an asset.
- English at C1 or above on the CEFR scale, with working proficiency in Russian or Uzbek.
- Proficiency in Kurdish (Sorani), Spanish, or Russian is an asset for direct QA work.
- Detail oriented, methodical, with strong coaching and feedback skills.

Location and engagement
Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Full time employee on an indefinite contract under Uzbekistan labor law. Reports to the Operations Manager, with cross reporting to Corpshore Group QA leadership.
Pre-employment screening
