Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at Corpshore Uzbekistan you are the voice of a global social media and live streaming platform for users who communicate in Spanish. You handle user questions across email, in-app chat, and inbound voice with professionalism, accuracy, and cultural fluency. This is judgment driven work, not script reading. You complete four weeks of paid training before you go live, working alongside experienced multilingual colleagues in our modern Samarkand center.
What you will do
- Answer user questions in Spanish across email, chat, and voice, meeting response time and quality targets.
- Resolve common issues such as account access, billing and payments, content visibility, and profile settings.
- Escalate complex technical, security, and policy sensitive cases through documented procedures.
- Record every interaction accurately in the client ticketing system.
- Stay current with platform features, community guidelines, and policy updates.
- Handle complaints with patience and empathy using de-escalation techniques.
What we are looking for
- Spanish: B2 minimum on the CEFR scale, C1 or C2 strongly preferred, native or near-native ideal.
- English: B2 or above for training, documentation, and internal communication.
- Strong cultural literacy for the Spanish speaking community.
- Education: completed secondary education minimum, bachelor degree preferred.
- Experience: at least 6 months in any customer facing role. Prior BPO, retail, hospitality, telecoms, or e-commerce experience qualifies.
- Eligible to work in Uzbekistan.
- Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends.
- Comfortable with standard workstation video and audio monitoring during shifts.

Location and engagement
Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Full time employee on an indefinite contract under Uzbekistan labor law. Reports to the Operations Manager, Corpshore Samarkand.
Pre-employment screening
Offers are conditional on screening including a criminal background check through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, education and employment verification, identity and right to work checks, and drug screening.
