About the role
The Trainer designs and delivers the training that prepares frontline staff for live work across customer service and content moderation programs at the Corpshore Samarkand site. You run the four week customer service program and the six week content moderation program, deliver policy and product refreshers, support new hire ramp up, and partner with Quality Assurance to close performance gaps. Your work sets the standard for how new colleagues start and how the site keeps improving.
What you will do
- Deliver structured onboarding for new customer service and content moderation hires across policy, product, systems, and soft skills.
- Run the four week CSR program and the six week moderator program, including wellness and resilience modules for moderation teams.
- Build and maintain training materials, knowledge base content, and assessments, keeping them current with client policy updates.
- Deliver refresher and calibration sessions based on QA findings and client feedback.
- Support new hire ramp up with close coaching during the first weeks on the floor.
- Track training outcomes such as assessment pass rates, speed to proficiency, and early attrition, and report to Operations.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of training, learning and development, or floor coaching experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation operations.
- Direct experience delivering onboarding and running classroom or virtual training.
- Familiarity with quality scorecards and calibration is an asset.
- Bachelor degree preferred. Train the trainer or instructional design certification is an asset.
- English at C1 or above on the CEFR scale for materials and delivery.
- Working proficiency in Russian or Uzbek for local delivery. Kurdish (Sorani), Spanish, or Turkish is an asset.
- Confident presenter, patient coach, and strong communicator.

Location and engagement
Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Full time employee on an indefinite contract under Uzbekistan labor law. Reports to the Operations Manager, Corpshore Samarkand.
