About the role The HR Coordinator supports the people operations of the Corpshore Samarkand site day to day. You handle hiring coordination, onboarding, employee records, time and attendance, and the local paperwork that keeps a fast growing multilingual team running and compliant with Uzbekistan labor law. This is a hands-on local role for someone organized, discreet, and fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English. What you will do - Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding for new hires across customer service and content moderation. - Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and time and attendance data. - Support payroll inputs and benefits administration with the finance team. - Keep HR processes compliant with Uzbekistan labor law and IT Park residency requirements. - Be a first point of contact for employee questions on policies, leave, and documents. - Help organize training logistics, wellness sessions, and team events. What we are looking for - At least 1 year of HR, administration, or office coordination experience. - Familiarity with Uzbekistan labor documentation is an asset. - Bachelor degree preferred. - Uzbek at native or near-native level for labor and payroll matters. - Russian at B2 or above, and English at B2 or above for internal communication. - Organized, discreet, and comfortable with confidential information. Pre-employment screening Offers are conditional on screening including a criminal background check through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, education and employment verification, identity and right to work checks, and drug screening. Candidates with prior criminal convictions are not eligible.
