About the role
As a bilingual Customer Service Agent at Corpshore Uzbekistan you are the voice of a leading global hospitality and travel booking platform for guests across the Gulf. You handle guest contacts in Gulf Arabic and English across voice, email, and live chat, helping travelers book, change, and complete their stays with care and accuracy. Arabic is central to this role, as most guest contacts on this program are in Arabic. This is a 24/7 guest service program. You complete paid training before going live and work alongside experienced bilingual colleagues in our modern Samarkand center.
What you will do
- Handle guest contacts in Gulf Arabic and English across voice, email, and live chat, meeting response time and quality targets.
- Support reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and check-in and check-out questions.
- Resolve refund status, invoice requests, and billing questions accurately.
- Handle complaints with empathy, apply service recovery, and manage escalations through documented procedures.
- Coordinate with properties and internal teams to resolve guest issues.
- Make outbound callbacks and manage tickets end to end in the client system.
- Document every interaction accurately and stay current with platform policies.
What we are looking for
- Gulf Arabic and English, both at B2 or above on the CEFR scale, in reading, writing, and speaking. Arabic is a core requirement.
- Strong cultural fluency for Gulf guests.
- Hospitality, travel, or contact center experience preferred.
- Education: completed secondary education minimum, bachelor degree preferred.
- Eligible to work in Uzbekistan. Diaspora and relocation candidates with the language skills are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Comfortable with standard workstation monitoring during shifts.
- Patient, empathetic, and service oriented, with clear written and spoken communication.

Location and engagement
Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Full time employee on an indefinite contract under Uzbekistan labor law. Reports to the Team Leader, Guest Services.
Pre-employment screening
